NASSCOM NAC-TECH Retail drive on september 21st 2013 - Registration started

NASSCOM NAC-Tech Retail Drive

NASSCOM announces 'Retail' event for the NAC-Tech test. This will enable individual candidates to pay on their own & appear for NAC-Tech at various cities/designated retail centers across the country.

The test is developed and supported by the NAC-Tech Council comprising of companies that conduct large recruitments like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, HCL and Cognizant. This is a common, transparent recruitment process across IT / Engineering companies. You can identify self strengths and weaknesses through test scores. Detailed feedback on their knowledge and skills help them decide career opportunities in different areas of IT wil be provided. Employment facilitation using NAC-Tech scores is also provided

The retail drive is scheduled to take place on Saturday - September 21, 2013

Eligibility criteria:
All 2013 and 2014 Engineering students
MCA, MSc-IT candidates

Registration Process:

Step-1:
Candidates to get Demand Draft (DD) made in favor of 'Attest Testing Services Ltd.', payable at Mumbai

(The candidate can chose to take Part A of the test OR Part A + Part B.
The test fee for both is mentioned below:
NAC-Tech Part A: Test fee of Rs.158 + Center fee of Rs.70
NAC-Tech Part A + B: Test fee of Rs.237 + Center fee of Rs.70)

Step-2:
DD to be submitted at the test center, where the candidate wants to take the test

Last date: 18-September 2013 (06:00 pm)

Step-3: Upon receiving the DD, center will issue the following to the candidate:
  • Receipt against the DD
  • Unique User ID/Password (to be used by candidate for online registration before the date specified)

Step-4:
Candidates to fill registration form on the NAC-Tech website (www.nactech.nasscom.in) using the given User ID/Password & print the Admission Card immediately after that.

Cost of printing of Admission Card is included in the Center Fee of Rs.70 (restricted only to one page)

Step-5:

Candidates to come to the center for the test as per the date/time mentioned on the Admission Card .
Score Card to be printed by the candidates immediately after finishing the test on 21st September (Saturday)

Portions to concentrate for NASSCOM - NAC Tech exams

NAC-Tech assess the students to identify the level of talent which is available across India, especially in Tier II and Tier III cities and provides feedback to them on areas they need to work on to improve their employability.

Eligibility for NAC-Tech

- All 2012 and 2013 candidate of BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc-IT are eligible to take the test
- Preferred Scores of candidates: 60% aggregate in graduation, 12th standard & 10th standard

How to clear NAC-Tech exams ?
NAC-Test exam concentrates on Core subjects.

How to apply NASSCOM NAC TEST privately ?

NAC-Tech Retail Drive

NASSCOM announces the launch of the 'Retail' event for the NAC-Tech test. This will enable individual candidates to pay on their own & appear for NAC-Tech at various cities/designated retail centers across the country.

NASSCOM, with active participation of IT industry players, has designed NAC-Tech, which is aimed at creating a robust and continuous pipeline of talent by transforming the "trainable" workforce into an "employable" workforce.

As working with the IT industry involves working primarily for global clients, that too in a global environment, the preferred language (medium of instruction) is English.

The retail drive is scheduled to take place on Saturday - March 23, 2013.

Eligibility criteria

All 2012 and 2013 Engineering students
MCA, MSc-IT candidates

Registration Process:

  4. Where one must upload the soft copy of his/her recent passport size photograph in jpeg, jpg or gif format, of size less than 1 MB
  5. Where one needs to choose & fill-in the unique no. of any of the following 5 photo-ID documents:
  6. PAN / Election ID / Driving License / Passport / College ID
  7. Candidate must bring the 'chosen document' to the test centre (at the time of the test) in original for verification purposes

How to fill NAC TEST Application form ?


Guidance to fill NAC-TEST application form Online

To Fill NASSCOM application, you should have registered and got your Unique ID & password from NASSCOM in your mail.

Applying for NASSCOM - NAC TECH


  1. Go to http://nactech.nasscom.in/
  2. Select register for NAC TECH from the floating box in the right.
  3. Select your state.
  4. Click ("If you have received user id & password ,click Here")  from floating box on the right.
  5. You will get a screen prompting for user ID and password as shown below. 
  6. Before giving your User ID & password check the contents specified below in this blog post and keep it with you ready.
  7. Give your ID and password in it.
8. Fill in the following details

This application consists of 8 Sections which is described as follows.

Section VIII - AUTHORIZATION

     I authorize NASSCOMto share all my details, as indicated in the Registration Form, and test
scores with prospective employers who are interested to look at my profile for recruitment
purposes.


9.   Click Submit button to submit your details.

10. A Screen with your filled in details will appear to you for your checking.

11. If you want to edit click edit else click Confirm.

12. A mail with your admit card details will be sent to your mail id specified with your admit card attached as PDF file.


That's it.. Now you are eligible for applying NAC TEST on the centre you have requested.
